Cairn Counseling is a therapy practice in Denver offering trauma-informed, affirming care for individuals, couples, and families. Our therapists work with clients of all ages, in person at our Denver office or by telehealth anywhere in Colorado.
In-Person and Virtual Sessions Available
We offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions, so you can choose what fits your schedule and comfort level.
In-person sessions happen at our Capitol Hill office at 190 East 9th Avenue, which works well if you prefer a dedicated space away from home or want to meet your therapist face to face.
Virtual sessions are held over a secure video platform and give you the flexibility to connect from home, work, or anywhere with a private, reliable internet connection.
