Meet Lucy Heller

Lucy Heller

(she/they)

Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate

Lucy (she/they) strives to create a safe and supportive space where people can explore their experiences and work toward healing in their own way. She believes in following each client's lead, offering gentle guidance with consent, and encouraging self-compassion every step of the way. Using somatic (body-based), transpersonal (connection-based), and parts-work (feelings-based) approaches, Lucy helps clients explore their emotions, better understand themselves, and create space for their experiences to be seen and heard.

Lucy is especially passionate about working with activists and organizers, LGBTQ+ communities, individuals practicing polyamory or non-monogamy, and people navigating challenging emotions. With a background in community organizing and activism (social justice, animal rights, and environmental advocacy), she understands the unique mental health challenges that come with caring deeply about the world. She prioritizes understanding the systems shaping people’s lives to help them access choice, resilience, and long-term empowerment.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys walking with her two dogs, cooking with loved ones, and expressing herself creatively.

Education: MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology, Naropa University (2023), Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC)
