Therapist, Social Work Candidate

Teri takes a tailored approach to meet clients where they are, addressing their unique needs through a variety of evidence-based modalities. Her practice incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Humanistic and Person-Centered approaches, Trauma-Informed care, Motivational Interviewing, Existential Therapy, and Relational Therapy. Teri specializes in working with clients on impulse behaviors, substance use, life transitions, sexuality and sexual health, codependency, self-exploration and enhancement, relationships, and body positivity.

Originally from West Virginia, Teri brings a warm and approachable spirit to their work. Outside of the therapy room, she enjoys spending time with her one-year-old blue heeler and exploring the outdoors through paddle boarding and camping. A passionate home cook, they love trying new recipes and are especially fond of a delicious crockpot meal.

Education: Masters of Social Work from University of Denver; Social Work Candidate working toward clinical licensing and becoming a licensed addiction counselor.
