Sinéad Maguire
(she/her)
Therapist, Licensed Social Worker
I offer identity-affirming support to help you reconnect with your autonomy, inherent self-worth, and wholeness. My goal is to create a therapeutic space where you feel seen, heard, and valued. I understand that stress, trauma, and discrimination can leave you feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. With a background in sexual health and LGBTQ+ affirming care, I provide an inclusive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore the intersections of identity, relationships, and mental health.
My approach draws from EMDR, trauma-informed, body-centered, and liberatory frameworks to support your healing and growth. With me, you have the permission and power to be who you are.
Together, we will co-create a space for you to learn, grow, and heal. Your needs and goals will serve as our guide. I am here to support and uplift you.
Some specialities include: Teens and Adults. EMDR, LGBTQ+, gender affirming care, trauma, sexual health, self-worth, relationships, mindfulness, yoga.
