Meet Chris Pagley

Chris Pagley

(he/they)

Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate

Chris approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and commitment to your mental health journey. This includes a holistic and person-centered approach that explores bodily consciousness, emotional processing, belief systems, social supports, cultural upbringing, and past trauma. You can expect to develop practical tools for managing stress and building resiliency as well. Above all, therapy with Chris should leave you feeling empowered, capable, and heard. His goal is to foster a safe environment where you feel free to open up without fear of judgement and the accountability to progress towards your goals, both within and beyond sessions.

Chris believes that therapy is a collaborative process meaning he will always respect your intuitive wisdom and ask for clarifying questions along the way. Whether you prefer a talk therapy approach or wish to incorporate mindfulness, yoga, parts work/IFS, or a spiritual integration, he will work with you to make this space yours.

Chris teaches his clients how to not let negative emotions stick around any longer than necessary. It allows people to create a separation between problems and our identities. As unique as we all are, everyone experiences hardships, but those hardships do not define an individual. Feel free to send me a message to see if we are a good match.

Education: Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, University of Northern Colorado (LPC)
