Rachel is deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey of growth, change, and healing. With a compassionate and safe approach, she builds authentic connections with her clients, guiding them towards inner harmony, self-discovery, and a heightened sense of self-worth. Specializing in areas such as trauma, grief, attachment, and family dynamics, Rachel utilizes a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Flash Technique, somatic therapy, mindfulness, DBT, and CBT, tailored to address each client's unique needs and goals.

Rachel's passion lies in assisting her clients in uncovering their strengths, bolstering resilience, navigating challenges, and discovering meaning and purpose in their lives. She particularly enjoys collaborating with teenagers and adults, advocating for inclusivity across all spectrums, including neurodiverse and LGBTQIA communities. From complex trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression to disordered eating, relationship issues, and narcissistic abuse recovery, Rachel provides person-centered, non-judgmental care, empowering her clients to embrace their authentic selves, thrive, and shine brightly in the world.
